Description:
This five-track EP offers a few gems from Sweden's sublime singer/songwriter,
Thomas Denver Jonsson. In addition to two album tracks from the wondrous
full-length Hope To Her, there is a humbly beautiful live version of
"First In Line" that features Rosie Thomas and Damien Jurado. Their
buoyant vocals accompanied by Jonsson's guitar, Jurado's harmonica and Rosie
on piano, this stunning ensemble track is reason enough to get the EP. But
Thomas offers further incentive with two resonant acoustic versions of album
tracks that spotlight his subtle Americana mastery - "The City And The
Outside World" and "Stranger At Ease" feature Fredrik Wilde's
effortless, emotive pedal steel and Jonsson's haunting, sweetly sorrowful
